I came here today for self serve cleaning for my beagle and WOW. Everyone that worked there was so nice and helpful and got me checked in and while we were waiting for a tub to be open a lovely gentleman came over to trim my beagles nails, this is something he usually hates but the young man was so patient and nice with him and got it done faster and gentler than where we usually go for it. Every tub is cleaned down after it is used so it was nice and clean for us when we went to use it. The shampoo has left my beagle shiny and soft and smelling lovely. I brought my Long coat German Shepherd dog there today. She was pretty scruffy to say the least. She came home head to paws covered in burrs about three weeks ago. Apparently there’s a lot more than we thought. Great job you guys she looks beautiful. You guys are so friendly and you do what you say you’re going to do.

I first called to gather some information and the woman on the phone was very nice and helpful. She answered all my questions. My wife and I took advantage of the walk in self service option. The staff gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. They clipped our dogs nails and then we entered our station. The station was clean and had everything we needed to groom our dog. I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs dog grooming. We will definitely be returning!
