I came in with a migraine and he asked me does the lights bother you?<br><br>That may not seem like a big deal but for someone who was suffering with a headache like I had it meant a lot, it showed he had empathy for how I felt.<br><br>The Nurse Practitioner listened and addressed my needs, she made me feel comfortable, she made sure I had everything I needed to feel better.<br><br>I left with my concerns addressed and I got what I needed to help me feel better.
