Universal Urgent Care has wonderful doctors and amazing staff. Doctor Navid is a wonderful doctor who listens and understands, taking opinions under consideration before a full conclusion. Staff go above and beyond to make sure patients understand what they need. Dr. Duff is a wonderful doctor who listened, made patients feel at ease, and was compassionate and informative. Walk-in patients are taken right away by friendly staff and great doctors.
Doctor Navid has been my family doctor for over 10 years. In my children's doctor he is a wonderful doctor he listens and understands what you're coming from take your opinion Under consideration of his diagnosis, ask what you want to do.
Before coming to a full conclusion of what is the issue. The staff Is amazing
They go above and beyond. To make sure that you understand what you need and And hope you Find the doctor you need if you were sent to specialist or somewhere else for other needs. If you wanna dactor who does all this recommend it.
Ended up here in tremendous pain & saw Dr. Duff. What a wonderful doctor. She listened to me & my body & made me feel at ease. She was compassionate, informative & has taken great care of me. An absolute blessing she is.
