“The staff was cordial, the office was clean. It was a quick thorough exam. I had laryngitis and wasn't sure if it was from the flue or covid. They tested me for all. The doctor spent time with me explaining my care going forward. I will go back there if I have the need for a quick medical opinion. Ample parking near the front door!“
“I’m beyond satisfied with the services I received from my surgeon. Unfortunately I have to have my left hip SI joint needs revisioning they need to repeat the surgery and add more screws. I’m confident my doctor will solve this issue. The staff is excellent also, they have been very helpful making sure I understand everything going on. I definitely would recommend this practice, the Doctors and staff are excellent.“

“Husband took a branch to his eye walking in the woods. From walking in the door to walking out the door, the experience was definitely 5 stars. We were immediately greeted by Desiree, she gave us an explanation for everything she needed from us and the reason for it. And, this urgent care is amazingly clean, every area we were in, the lobby, the exam room, the hallway and the bathroom. Dr Amber, thank you for making us feel incredibly comfortable with every explanation of what you were going to do and as you were doing it. For someone (hubs) with white coat syndrome, you were amazing with my husband (and he hates Drs. Lol) he even commented that if he ever needed to go back, he hopes you are there! Thank you both for making an him feel at ease and for the care you gave to him! ♥️“

“The service and people they have employed here are great! Everyone I talked to was very knowledgeable at their position which is extremely important in the medical field. The building was well maintained and I haven't seen more than 2 people waiting at a time so I know they're efficient. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is the bill I got in the mail confused me a bit. They say you can pay online at 2 different sites, and the main one they highlight is not a real website. I'm also confused as to why the bill is from "warren urgent care walk-in clinic" but the business is "Doctors Urgent Care". Also, on the website where you pay, it doesn't show the balance due. It just lets you enter in whatever amount. I can't even tell if I'm paying the right establishment and how much is left on the tab. Do yourself a favor and PAY IN PERSON OR OVER THE PHONE.“

“I recently went here with an injured wrist after work hours on Monday 11/20/2023. I was seen by Dr Kristina Camaj after going through intake with a wonderful receptionist/nurse, and I have forgotten her name, but so helpful and sweet.After my 2 standard X-rays were taken they were sent out for an analysis at a local radiology lab- they came back with no fracture- Dr. Camaj knew they were wrong—-then they called back and agreed that there was a fracture, so Dr. Camaj was correct. And she wrapped my arm in a splint and sent me to a Dr. Samona. She even called him on my behalf after 6 pm at night.I was able to see Dr. Samona the next day and upon further X-rays it was found I had broken 2 bones in my left wrist. I have a cast now and I’am so thankful I was referenced to Dr. Samona because Dr. Kristina Camaj wanted to go the extra mile to help me.I work with young students and have 2 sons in college. So I need to back to work asap. I appreciate the care I was given!!?“

“They are precise, they are friendly, they are knowledgeable; and they ask questions even when you’re not so as to hopefully help you feel better during or just before leaving. I also let them know that I am an addict of “MORE” and want to stay away from anything that would alarm that realm and they reassured me with the antibiotics and other things that they suggested would not be even close to a narco realm if you will, so they are very understanding of things that people are going through definitely would come here again if and when need be.“
