“Hands down best urgent care around. Was in and out in 30 minutes. Not only was it quick care but it was compassionate care. The nurse practitioner Jessica Szatkowski took her time to explain what was wrong with me and how to treat not only my infection but also how to prevent it in the future. She even called me the next day to check in on how I was feeling. Feeling 100% better thanks to great care. Will always use this as my go to urgent care and recommend to all my family and friends.“
“This will be our 5th time being treated here between the two of us for chronic health reasons. The facility has a modern esthetic and appears well maintained and clean at each visit. We have been treated by different examiners. All have been attentive and I have been pleased with their care. I was very pleased as the staff took my blood pressure the real way! The machine never gives me a correct blood pressure as the cuff never stays closed for an accurate measurement. Making an appointment works well. Heads up, in our experience, even on a not too busy day it can take 45minites to be taken to a room but they take their time to listen and examine you. I never feel rushed. You never know how many people are in the back if you or only 1 are in the lobby waiting. I think we have found our UC location. We like to keep our records in one place.“

“The service and people they have employed here are great! Everyone I talked to was very knowledgeable at their position which is extremely important in the medical field. The building was well maintained and I haven't seen more than 2 people waiting at a time so I know they're efficient. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is the bill I got in the mail confused me a bit. They say you can pay online at 2 different sites, and the main one they highlight is not a real website. I'm also confused as to why the bill is from "warren urgent care walk-in clinic" but the business is "Doctors Urgent Care". Also, on the website where you pay, it doesn't show the balance due. It just lets you enter in whatever amount. I can't even tell if I'm paying the right establishment and how much is left on the tab. Do yourself a favor and PAY IN PERSON OR OVER THE PHONE.“

“I’ve been going to this location for years now, and is the only Urgent Care that I choose to go to. Being that I am chronically ill & disabled, I have visited a vast array of Urgent Care Clinics—way more than I’d have actually liked to. I’ve had several different experiences with the other providers—good, decent, horrible, and so on.Every single time I’ve visited Clinton Urgent Care, I’ve had a wonderful experience, *even* if my issue wasn’t completely resolved due to needing to see my PCP, not much they could do for me, et cetera. Every single doctor I have seen here has been friendly, kind, supportive, honest, direct, and they all LISTEN!!! This also goes for the nurses & everyone I’ve come in contact with that works here.If you’re looking for a new Urgent Care, or one that treats their patients with respect+, I’d 100% recommend visiting this clinic ??“

“I've used their services in the past and I remember it taking longer than I would have preferred, but I visited them twice in the past week (once for my kid and once for me) and they have really streamlined their process. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed at how quickly I got in and out of there. They have an online check-in that actually works and saves a lot time as far as time in the clinic. It does take a little bit of time to complete the paperwork online but it's easier to do at home versus in the clinic.“
