I've never had a bad experience at this place and everyone is always so kind. Everyone here is so kind, respectful, and as quick as they can be, thanks to Rhonda and Shelby for the excellent service!

I'm confused on all the 1 and 2 star Reviews. My experiences are different. I had an appt scheduled because my Glucose numbers had been very high and I had not been a diabetic outside of Pregnancy. That appt somehow was a different time than what was scheduled so I rescheduled the apt. and decided Urgent Care was right there so I waited about 20 minutes in Urgent care and maybe another 15 once in the room. The Doctor was great, actually he was Exceptional.. Above and beyond.I had our baby in Henry For System and had great care. We are Out of Pocket payers ( By Choice). I feel Henry Ford has really been great . I'm not sure why in the last year so many people are so ungrateful...read full review

Dr. Packey is such a wonderful, caring man. He understands the importance of women's healthcare. I trust him with all my needs. He deserves more compliments and appreciation than any doctor I have ever met.
