I recently visited Ascension My Health Urgent Care and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, James and Tasha at the front desk greeted me warmly, making me feel welcomed and at ease. Good urgent care. Just very slooow. I had sat for 2 hours. I had to go tell them I had to leave as I had to be to work. The on call PA was sitting on her phone. And gave me attitude.My husband went and had same situation. Be prepared to wait and waitUpdate***I gave them another try. And they definitely have worked on customer service since my last visit. I saw Rachel and she was thorough. And helped to solve my issue, and explaining everything.Christian was kind as well

After visiting a different place and receiving less than great care and a sense of rushed. I was hesitant to go to yet another urgent care. But today's experience was hands down the best I've received as an adult. Rachel the PA and both nurses up from James and Krasia(?) Actually listened to my complaints. Everyone was so calm and relaxed. These was not one single point that I felt rushed or disregarded in my care. Thank you for an amazing experience while I was having a very hard day.
