He was very through and considerate about the way that I felt. I came in with a migraine and he asked me does the lights bother you?
That may not seem like a big deal but for someone who was suffering with a headache like I had it meant a lot, it showed he had empathy for how I felt.
The Nurse Practitioner listened and addressed my needs, she made me feel comfortable, she made sure I had everything I needed to feel better.
I left with my concerns addressed and I got what I needed to help me feel better. I have never felt blown off at this location.
I choose this Urgent Care location over all the others!”
“It was a very pleasant experience during a bad cry for a badly burnt hand. The dr. The nursing assistant & the front office clerk were outstanding, polite, kind, helpful & very sweet. Great group of people, couldnt ask for more. They were awesome for my entire visit. I can't say enough good things about them.”
