“Husband took a branch to his eye walking in the woods. From walking in the door to walking out the door, the experience was definitely 5 stars. We were immediately greeted by Desiree, she gave us an explanation for everything she needed from us and the reason for it. And, this urgent care is amazingly clean, every area we were in, the lobby, the exam room, the hallway and the bathroom. Dr Amber, thank you for making us feel incredibly comfortable with every explanation of what you were going to do and as you were doing it. For someone (hubs) with white coat syndrome, you were amazing with my husband (and he hates Drs. Lol) he even commented that if he ever needed to go back, he hopes you are there! Thank you both for making an him feel at ease and for the care you gave to him! ♥️“
“The service and people they have employed here are great! Everyone I talked to was very knowledgeable at their position which is extremely important in the medical field. The building was well maintained and I haven't seen more than 2 people waiting at a time so I know they're efficient. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is the bill I got in the mail confused me a bit. They say you can pay online at 2 different sites, and the main one they highlight is not a real website. I'm also confused as to why the bill is from "warren urgent care walk-in clinic" but the business is "Doctors Urgent Care". Also, on the website where you pay, it doesn't show the balance due. It just lets you enter in whatever amount. I can't even tell if I'm paying the right establishment and how much is left on the tab. Do yourself a favor and PAY IN PERSON OR OVER THE PHONE.“
