What a s*** show. Booked online. Confirmation received. Turned away upon arrival - not taking any additional patients today. I pushed back. They agreed to see me. Now hunkered down for what will apparently be a long wait. Dirty waiting room.

Great experience with this urgent care. The staff was respectful and there was only a short wait before I was seen. The doctor was knowledgeable and actually LISTENED to me, which seems to be a rarity nowadays. I was quickly in, out, and on with my life.

I understand the job of healthcare is extremely stressful but for health officials to claim that covid is so serious but then treat it another way is unacceptable. I waited 3.5 hours for a covid test, which was fine, I didn't care about the wait but everyone besides the physician has been extremely rude and did not seem to care. And I was told I'd have my test results in 24 hours, and still don't have them. Oh and they never answer their phone.
