“I cannot say enough great things about Roberto and San Angelo Plumbing! We recently moved into a home that was sold as a short sale and had been a bit neglected. We called him to look at a broken lift pump, among other plumbing issues. He fit us into his busy schedule and made SURE to get the needed repairs done before we moved in (a week later). So far he has replaced the lift pump and updated its venting, replaced two toilets (that we purchased at Home Depot), and replaced a cold water faucet in laundry room. While he and his son were here working, Lowe's delivered our new appliances (fridge and stove) and the Lowe's guys could not seem to remove the old gas line from the former stove. Roberto to the rescue! Took him less than 5 minutes to get it hooked up and then he double checked the fridge water line and made adjustments to that as well. He also happened to be here on moving day and he hooked up our washer and dryer, and discovered that the dryer vent was put together backwards. He completely redid the venting for us. Honestly. If you need a plumber - call San Angelo. Amazing work, great prices, honest and hard working.“

Jason Briskey was an excellent educator in helping us understand our water situation, and poor water quality. His sales method was not pushy, instead, highly informative and personal. He was confident in their solution, and wow... was he right. It has been truly life-changing for us. And on that note, for anyone looking for an RO System, Water Softener, Iron filter, etc... Kinetico & CGC is the way to go. I will only utilize, and recommend them going forward.

Our system was installed by Anthony, who again, was kind, professional, personable, and timely. His work was incredibly clean, and the system has worked flawlessly since it has been commissioned.

A month after our install, I needed a separate plumbing service performed, and had the delight of meeting Matthew. What an excellent representative for CGC to perform their services. Like mentioned twice already above, he was incredibly polite and personable, and I really appreciate the time he took to understand and identify our problem. Furthermore, like Jason B., he was a fantastic communicator & educator.
