“Todd's came out and opened the irrigation system for the summer. It was very thorough. Installed new washers - stopped the leak, reviewed all of the zones and sprinklers (no repairs needed). Taught me about the system. Made recommendations on what to consider for future (the system is quite old). Starting a well based system is more complicated than what I am accustomed. I did not know what had to be done to get it operational. Looking forward to having it closed.“

Trademark took care of everything from start to finish and were such a pleasure to work with. They did a fantastic job - it looks better than ever in our laundry room! Dominic did a fantastic job laying the new tile and repairing the drywall. They paid attention to the little details and really went the extra mile in getting everything set back up in there. We'll definitely be calling them again if there's any more water damage or when we're ready to remodel our bathroom!“

They came over to our house to inspect our roof then gave us some options on shingles, pricing, and dates to install. We are extremely glad we chose this company. They took off the old shingles and installed all new shingles in one day! When the day was done they had picked up all debris. No nails, no shingle pieces anywhere. Best roofing job we have ever had! “I am the GM of a retail store in Chicago where Quality Roofing had been hired to reroof our building.
A week before the project began Mike Sharpe, the project manager for Quality Roofing came into my store, introduced himself and walked me through the process and timeline. I have never had a contractor do this before and I was impressed. The next week while they were installing the roof, a large midwestern thunderstorm hit and water leaked into the store. Mike was instantly in the store, assessing the damage and wrapping our equipment and computers in plastic (we are an optical shop with 2 doctors so our equipment is very fragile and expensive). He repeatedly came back to check on us and see if there was any damage. The next day before we opened Mike and his team began replacing the stained ceiling tiles and even cleaned the carpet! There is no trace of water damage anywhere. I have never seen a company react to an issue as professionally and rapidly as Mike and his team. I would recommend them to anyone!“
