“After multiple fails with another company, Shoner plumbing and mechanical showed up as stated with great communication! First interaction with Lee was promising and Zach and Marcus and JT showed up to dig up my front yard for a main sewer line problem. Ouch!! Friendly and professional from start to finish. They will be my new plumbing and mechanical company. Do not hesitate to reach out to them!!”
“I wanted to share some positive feedback regarding your team. Josh has been out a few different times trying to locate a leak in my inground pool. After a few attempts, he finally found it. Not only that, he got in my pool applied epoxy to the crack in my fiberglass pool to temporarily stop the leak until API can come out to fix it permanently.
These guys are fantastic, and I really appreciate the great service from Josh! When in doubt who to call for leaks. American Leak Detection is the best”
“I have called Mastercraft twice now when I was in a pinch and both times they have been nothing short of wonderful. On one of the coldest days of the year, I had my pressure tank fail. I called other plumbers and they couldn’t fit me in for nearly a week. They were able to send a guy out within an hour. He was polite, professional, and incredibly helpful. He was also cool with my dog which made it much less stressful for us all. The job is done right and the price was fair. I highly recommend giving them a call for plumbing service anytime.”
