“I cannot say enough great things about Roberto and San Angelo Plumbing! We recently moved into a home that was sold as a short sale and had been a bit neglected. We called him to look at a broken lift pump, among other plumbing issues. He fit us into his busy schedule and made SURE to get the needed repairs done before we moved in (a week later). So far he has replaced the lift pump and updated its venting, replaced two toilets (that we purchased at Home Depot), and replaced a cold water faucet in laundry room. While he and his son were here working, Lowe's delivered our new appliances (fridge and stove) and the Lowe's guys could not seem to remove the old gas line from the former stove. Roberto to the rescue! Took him less than 5 minutes to get it hooked up and then he double checked the fridge water line and made adjustments to that as well. He also happened to be here on moving day and he hooked up our washer and dryer, and discovered that the dryer vent was put together backwards. He completely redid the venting for us. Honestly. If you need a plumber - call San Angelo. Amazing work, great prices, honest and hard working.“

“My wife was concerned about our water because of intermittent dry hair and dry skin which could be an indicator of hard water. The salesman Mark Keller came out and did a water test on my 33 year old Kinetico system and said that the system was working fine and that the system did not need to be replaced. He gave me a few reasons why we could be getting intermittent hard water and priced out a new unit if I wanted to update the unit because of its age. The price was a competitive price for a quality unit. I will definitely choose this company when the time comes. Honest no pressure salesman and a product that lasts 33 years makes it an easy decision. “Water heater went out over the weekend. Called Andy on Monday morning and he was out at my house within about an hour of the phone call. Andy diagnosed the problem and gave me options to repair or replace the old water heater. I went with the replace option and Andy came back the very next day and replaced the water heater with a new unit. Andy was FANTASTIC to work with, left the area cleaner than it was when he first arrived, was prompt and did a fantastic job.
