Examinations are thourough, no one tries to sell you anything additional nor attempt to sell you glasses unless you wish to shop the myriad of frames available. They were even kind enough to replace lenses in frames that weren't even theirs. Dr. Pack is extremely knowledgeable, and has been the ONLY Dr. to warn me of possible vision issues while on a glp-1, which I truly appreciated. He has our family as patients for as long as we are here!“
