“Dr. Picard has excellent chairside manner and is very knowledgeable. I found him after I went to another eye doctor with a problem and the other doctor didn't know what was causing it. After hearing my problem, 10 minutes later Dr Picard diagnosed me with what was causing it, explained it to me in non-technical terms and had a treatment plan....that worked!! He really takes time to listen and understand his patients. I recommend him without any reservations“

“We visited this practice based on consistent recommendations from many over the years, and I’m so glad we finally did! Dr. Carney was extremely thorough examining all 3 of our children, and he thoroughly discussed all vision correction options appropriate for each of them. The office was extremely accommodating working to get us in with our busy schedule, and they worked to determine our most valuable covered insurance options before we even picked out glasses! It’s obvious to me why he’s been in practice well over 30 years in our community.“

“I stopped in to see types of eye glass frames they had. Was greeted warmly and squeezed me into schedule at that moment. Was very taken back to the great help selecting a pair of frames. One of the front desk receptionist got to work on my insurance that was locked by another eye glass place. I was handed off to an optician that was really great. I appreciated her having my insurance coverage all printed out showing coverage for different options in black in white. Everyone was friendly and warm, was told glasses to arrive 7-10 days. Received in 8 days and fitted right after stepping in door. I am so happy with lenses, glass frames and service.“
