I was referred here by a friend and they didn’t disappoint. Imagine every person you encounter being just an awesome human! The care and pride they all took in making sure I received the best care is unmatched! Literally from the time I walked in until I walked out, you would’ve thought I was VIP! The prices were affordable with a great variety of glasses. Tracy helped me pick out my glasses. She was so personable and funny. Who knew a good time was included in this eye exam.
Angelica I believe was so nice, she was the receptionist and the person who was doing my test.
Every test was good besides the dreaded eye pressure test. My old eye doctor wouldn’t ever give me a chance to regroup since I hate having stuff near my eye. Would force the pressure gun on my eye, and wouldn’t back away.
Angelica though, she said it was all good, was reassuring me, allowed me to blink and gave time to breathe. She made the process quick and turned something I hated into something I’m okay with doing! She is super sweet, and can’t wait to see her again!
Dr. Nilam Trivedi provided excellent care, took the time to explain everything, and was very friendly and kind while doing so. Alex was equally wonderful, providing guidance on frames that would suit me well while also helping me find a style that I like. She went above and beyond the service I have received at any other optometric clinic. I will definitely be back to Dubin in the future!
