I had an excellent experience at Target Optical from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient while helping me choose the perfect pair of glasses. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain my options clearly, and made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable.

The eye exam was thorough, and the doctor was knowledgeable, caring, and made me feel very comfortable. I was also impressed with how efficient and organized everything was, I never felt rushed, and the customer service was outstanding.

I bought glasses here years ago. They were getting old & crooked. I brought them back, & within minutes Penny Awada made some adjustments & now they fit great again. I will definitely come back here when I need new glasses! Friendly & efficient. You can’t ask for more.

Purchased a pair of glasses about 1 year ago at Target and the nose pad cracked off. Brought them in to the Livonia store to see if they could be repaired. Sienna greeted me immediately and had my glasses repaired in under 5 minutes. Best of all, there was no charge!! Awesome service!
