“Good people. Personalized attention. They remember your name. I went to many eyeglass places then finally tried Phillips after DOC closed. Dr Phillips saw my name then asked if I was any relation to my grandfather who had been deceased many years. I confirmed that I was his grandson, then he proceeded to tell me a funny story about my grandfather that exactly encompassed my grandfather's sense of humor. I get the sense that this is not just a job for these people - they actually care about their patients.“
