There are not enough words in the dictionary to describe the kindness and care my family and I received from Rita and Susan. I've been wearing glasses for 30 years and have never experienced this level of care before. They treated us like family and went above and beyond to help us work through our unique situation. They showed us patience, compassion, and genuine concern every step of the way. We will never go anywhere else and I would recommend them without hesitation.
Outstanding from 1st contact, (no pun intended) to pickup. I had Rx safety glasses made using an existing scrip from HF Optim eyes. Fit so well I forget they're safety glasses, might rock these on the street!
It’s rare to meet someone like Rita who is both knowledgeable and so thoughtful with patients. My mom has high myopia, and eye appointments can sometimes feel overwhelming for her, but Rita made the entire experience calm and reassuring from start to finish. I’m very grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone visiting this office.
