I recently had an appointment to get my eyes checked and a prescription going. I was running late so I called to let them know and they were able to move my appointment a little later so I could still make it that day. The ladies that I spoke with on the phone both when calling about being late and setting up my appointment were so helpful and sweet. I feel like I rarely smile when talking on the phone but they had me cheesing like I was talking to a crush just from the sheer friendliness! The doctor was running a bit behind when I was in my room and she made it a point to pop in and apologize and inform me it would only be a little bit longer. We've always had the best experience here with exam and frames. I was in recently for my daughter's eye exam and the staff was very kind and accommodating. The doctor was thorough and answered all our questions. Jacqueline and Breanna at the front desk and eyeglass counter both went beyond my expectations to help replace my daughter's frames. Great crew over there!

I started coming to them years ago. The doctors are fine. The check in staff upfront are not professional on a consistent basis. The information that is required to be entered online does not translate over to your chart regarding employment and insurance coverage. This location- wrong employer listed. They are not connected to MyChart. The plus is that they are open on the weekend. The staff that helps with finding eye glasses has always been pleasant and helpful as well. They send coupons in the mail periodically.
