Best eye care that I’ve been to before. Great customer service skills at every level & I manage a store so I know what they looks like. Emily was so helpful & kind. Thank you to all the staff! Can’t wait to get my new glasses. My mother in law recommended this place to me I’m so glad she did.
I live in the city of Detroit, I prefer to come to this particular HFO because of how quick the service is. Ms. Dawn is gentle and kind to my kids, my oldest was the one being seen at this appointment. Ms. Dawn gave my littles toys to keep them busy, while the eldest was being seen. Thank you Ms. Dawn for your courtesy and patience during this appointment!
This is my first time ever getting an eye exam since school. I definitely didn't know what to expect yet my experience was very enjoyable. Coco definitely has amazing customer service, as soon as I entered the office she greeted me and was able to see me through the rest of the experience. She was very helpful and her professional humor was really what made things so positive. Thank you very much Coco and Henry Ford Optical
