Joe and his staff faced a very complicated furnace and AC installation in my home. It required patience on everyone’s part - and they totally came through. I am so pleased with their kindness, work ethic and product. From day 1, they were straightforward with their bid. I got another bid from an area heating and cooling company, and not only was Greenway’s much more reasonable, they didn’t waste my time with a long sales pitch like the competitor did. Today is January 14th, 2024. We are having some frigid temperatures here in Michigan. My furnace stopped blowing heat, I call home warranty for service and I received notice it would be Joe from Greenway. Now I remember him , he serviced my furnace few years back. I left a message on his cell that I had stored in my phone . The message on his phone was so promising, letting you know it’s cold weather, they’re busy and will get right back to you as soon as they could. He called back with in 5 mins. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My furnace went out over the weekend. Joe was here on Sunday to diagnose the problem and had the furnace up and running early Monday. He was super efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.. I would highly recommend.
