Our furnace just stopped working and with the cold weather, I knew we needed to get it fixed asap. After talking to a few friends, one recommended Titan. I called this morning and told them my situation, they rearranged their schedule to fit us in today!! The technician, Matt, showed up at an earlier time than I was quoted which was great! He was very friendly and polite, knowledgeable and forthcoming with what he found to be the issue. Within a very short timeframe, he got the part from his truck, replaced it with the bad one and had the furnace back up and running! I am SO truly grateful they were recommended to me and will now call them for all my hvac needs. I would recommend that you do the same if you are unsure of who to call.
Titan came out quickly after our furnace stopped working. They had a new one installed quickly after we decided it was too expensive to fix the old furnace.
AC quit working and called them late at night. They came the next morning on time and solved the problem quickly and efficiently. Top notch service! Highly recommend them for any hvac needs!
