Called your company after a/c went out. Technician was on the area and came shortly after. Problems were encountered but Eric plowed ahead until he could give me the best alternative to buying a new furnace at this point. He was hard working in the heat, very personable, with a great sense of humor. Undoubtedly I will need a new furnace and I will definitely consider your company when the time comes!
