“We operate a small custom food truck manufacturer and we had a system requiring an under the vehicle LP tank plumbed to 2 pizza ovens inside. I wanted to get some guidance on the installation and so I reached out to Washburn Heating and Cooling and they did an amazing job helping us out.
The first visit we reviewed our installation and found we needed some parts to do it correctly. The tech went out and got the right parts himself for us while he was running around that day and dropped off!! With his guidance we installed the system, but when testing found we had some leaks (from our own handiwork).
We called them again and another tech came out that day and re-did our connections until the system was leak free. The quick response, the trustworthy advice, the quality work and honestly I was expecting to be charged double of what they did invoice us for! I will only be calling on them for our business and residential needs from now on.“
