They've done good for me since my first call to them a few years ago. Mike and the service techs have always been courteous and professional. Never attempted to upsell anything just offer help unlike BW Cook who tried hard to upsell a lot to me.
Mike and Kenny have been out several times for services and to replaced 2 furnaces and an a/c unit. They are always fast, professional, and priced well compared to other companies I got quotes from. They also did a great job cleaning up after installs. I alwaus recommend them to friends and family.
Update: Mike and Rick came out to do the furnace installation and they were great! Furnace is super quiet and I was given all the paperwork on how to do a NIPSCO rebate and get money back for being energy efficient! Very happy with our choice in companies!
