I am the head trustee for my church. I hired DHE to install new heating and cooling units at my church. One of those units became a nightmare for us and for six years have given us constant problems. The unit manufacturer was zero help and washed their hands of the problem. DHE on the other hand has worked with us trying to resolve the issues best that they could even putting in many hours of labor without charge to help us. They have been outstanding in my opinion. As a church we decided to replace the bad unit , a hard decision as it is expensive to do. Huge shout out to Noah from DHE. EGR has been replacing all the remaining lead water lines and DHE was contracted to do the new main valve installs on the new lines. Mine needed a bit of adjusting and DHE and Noah were very prompt and attentive to the follow up call.
Always very happy with the work performed by DHE Plumbing & Mechanical. Recently had Matt Basler do a back flow test and he also replaced a leaking vacuum breaker drain valve. He arrived ahead of schedule and did a fantastic job. Received the invoice in the mail today and pricing was very reasonable. The only nitpick I have is that DHE doesn't seem to allow for online payments. Not a big deal but something that would be nice to see in the near future.
