“I used Aarons over a year ago to snake my drain. It was fine because I did my own clean-up. I had them come out on a Monday to snake my drain and on a Wednesday my toilet would not flush anything down. I called to see if they could come back I was told it would cost me another 150.00 because it was after hours. I feel they should have come back with no cost since it was only 2 days. Granted I will have to have the drain flushed due to roots growing and what they did was a temporary fix but 2 days. What did they do? I was told that there was no guaranteed but for 600 dollars later and it lasted 2 days do not make sense to me. My granddaughter was at my home when they came and she felt they were very short with her, I talked to one of the technicians on the phone while at work and I felt the same way. Very disappointed this time around. I will use someone else from now on.Service: Drain cleaning“
