Tom Allen is the most experienced drain expert in Lansing. He brings at least 38 years of direct personal experience to every job which I've found is important for a good experience. I call Tom when I need help with a drain because I know that he's been through whatever issue I'm up against.
Appeared within a couple of hours, hauled equipment into the basement, cleared the roots out of the drain and saved us. Was pleasant and professional.
Highly recommend!

Great prices!!!!
I have hired Tom multiple times for plumbing help over my fifteen years living in the area and he has always provided prompt, courteous and exceptional service. He should be your first call, each and every time. Not only is he straightforward and no-nonsense in his assessments, his pricing is fair: He has saved me thousands and thousands of dollars over the years. You won't meet a harder working, more good-natured fellow in the trade. Let's hope he never retires!
