Great customer service with a great price. We needed a new water heater that we had already purchased installed since our old one was leaking. They were able to come out shortly after I called. Adam was great at explaining everything, did a great job with the install and redoing some pipes that needed to be cut down to fit properly. Other companies won't install pre-owned or charge an arm & a leg. I would highly recommend Rod's plumbing.

Have had various things diagnosed and fixed over the years. Appreciated the professional service. Always patient with the explanation of what they're doing and needs to be done - so nice for those of us who aren't plumbers but are curious to what went wrong. Fast and friendly service, and my sink hasn’t leaked since they replaced it. Did not leave a mess behind at all — I’m pretty sure my bathroom was cleaner when they left than when they arrived! I will definitely be using them again in the future if I have any more plumbing issues.Services: Toilet repair
