He was very thorough, very polite.And even when we cleaned up the mouse that I told him not to I was gonna do it after he was done.I was very pleased. He got my dreams going perfectly
Keenan was great! He not only took care of the shower drain but checked all the drains in the house. And when my cat was missing, he helped me search as he was afraid he let him out. But, Keenan found him on the dining room chair under the tablecloth! He was amazing!!
The tech was at our home about 45 minutes after my call to the response center. He was very professional (attire and actions). He diagnosed the problem quickly and had a completion price for me within just a few minutes. He had the correct parts with him and had us back pumping water in a time frame of about 30 minutes. Very nice young man and very professional. Service was 10 out of 10 👍
