From the beginning there was a zero pressure sale which is not true with other HVAC companies out there. Right off the bat it allowed me to think for myself and what is best for my home and wallet rather than rely on what others are trying to persuade me into buying given price gimmicks and pushing only certain models.
In the end I chose to go with an indirect Bradford White water heater and a compatible caste iron boiler that aligns with my particular home and one that'll last for years to come. From my initial call to cleanup and out the door, Mark Woodman Heating and Plumbing checked all my boxes, and I had many along the way!”
