The two Chris's we're on time, efficient, and did not try to upsell. They did a very good job of not leaving a mess and cleaning up what they did. They were also very friendly to my old lady dog.
Elijah came to check the main drain. He was a very polite and knowledgeable, young man. His skills with customer service is excellent. I felt I learned a lot from him and appreciate all he did to try to find the problem.
Elijah completed an inspection of my sump pump pit. He thoroughly checked my water system and could not recreate the issue I had on Thursday. He did suggest checking the vent on the roof to make sure it was not blocked in anyway. All drains were checked and seemed to be working just fine. So nothing was found to justify taking any other action.
I had a drain that would not drain and Austin stayed until it ran so fast I wanted to cry. We found the issue wasn't the drain but the venting system. In all my 46 years living here with drain issues nobody thought about that being the issue in my bathroom. Thankyou for giving me my sink back.
