I had questions about the plumbing of a potential investment property, and he offered to visit the site free of charge. While that didn't materialize, he advised me of what the problems could be and could cost. All for no gain of his own.

He arrived 15 minutes after my text, cleared and cleaned the drain in less than 20minutes. Very satisfied. Would be my first call if I need the service in the future.Service: Drain cleaning

So far just from a few text messages this man has been very helpful. He even gave us information we didn't ask about to see if it would save us money ( we actually had plumbers try to charge us to see how much they were goin to charge us ). So we have a appointment with him tomorrow and I am actually looking forward to it. By the way NO ONE could match what he quoted me even if it does cost more. So I will review tomorrow after he has been here but I was so happy with his service so far I had to tell everyone!!!
