She takes her job seriously, and loves what she does, she pushes you when it's needed. You want a feminine fit look without looking too "muscular"? she's your girl. She knows how to contour your body in the right places.Even my client goes to her and
within 2 months I saw results on her drastically. As for me, I thought I had a condition where it's hard for me to lose weight, turns out I was not eating correctly even though I did change my diet and I saw results fast when I decided to change my ways. She trains men as well!“

I only started about a month and a half ago, but I've had experience with other boxes before, and this one takes the cake. In this past month, I've tried to meet as many coaches as I could and attended a variety of time slots to get to know the other athletes. Every one of them is good people.
Programming is awesome and challenging.
Coaches are aligned yet offer a variety of coaching styles (all of which I appreciate for different reasons), and injury prevention is shown to be a priority through both programming via thoughtful post-MetCon exercises and the coaches' quick critical thinking for scaling, empathy for knowing how we'll probably want to push ourselves further than we should, and encouragement for when we might have to do less than we want. Additionally, I'm seeing a lot of HWPO-type programming, and Mat Fraser is no-joke one of my heroes. Coaching and programming strongly exceeded my expectations. 5*
Facility is very clean and the equipment is all in good working condition.
For a smaller, local box (as opposed to those giant facility ones), I was surprised to find an AssaultRunner, SkiERG, and GHD as well as stocked showers. At least three ropes! At least two high ring pairs! Aesthetic is pretty cool to me. North and East facing windows are perfect for catching that sunrise and not baking in the evening. Facility and equipment exceeded my expectations. 4*
Classes and fitness community are great vibes.
I know that this is not entirely within the business's control, but I would be remiss not to mention the culture that they have shaped here. All the other athletes are encouraging and friendly. People seem to care about one another, and I truly felt welcomed without any judgment. From jumping between different classes at different times, both the coaches and the other athletes really make it hard for me to choose a favorite class to attend, which is really a good sign imho. Classes and fitness community greatly exceeded my expectations 5*
Extra Credit: Ethical Business Practice and Community
As much as a I am intrigued to see state-of-the-art super-facilities with all the latest tech on a massive scale, I will almost always prefer the smaller local business that both knows the community it's born in and also continuously gives back to that community. I came to this box knowing from its mission statement online that it was an inclusive space and, from its instagram, that it supports a diverse group of athletes. I later learned about how much it gives back to the community with its accessible CrossFit Kids program and donations it puts forth for the nearby school all while shaping our next generation to be upstanding empathic individuals. Additionally, as a member of the LGBTQ community, it mattered immensely to see that they still did an OUTWOD and contributed to protecting LGBTQ members and LGBTQ youth. This is a large part of why I feel safe in this gym. Core City Crossfit also offers a SoberWOD that I believe is free, and while I have not attended, I strongly believe there is immense value to this program and, to be frank, its mere existence has subconsciously already shifted my alcohol intake to much healthier habits; not even my doctor has been able to make such a noticeable difference. Bahaha! Lastly, I don't know if this gets much recognition, but this box has a monthly email newsletter that I actually read through and thoroughly enjoy. That's just a me-thing, but I love it. Ethical Business Practice and Community greatly greatly exceeded my expectations +5*
Overall 5* Thanks, y'all! <3“

21604 Ecorse Rd, Taylor“I really enjoy going to this gym. There has been a huge improvement on making sure the machines work (especially the stair masters) and the cleanliness of the gym itself. I just wish the WiFi is stronger but I guess it is a signal issue with so many people using it at once.“

“I have had a membership at BZ for many years and have always enjoyed hours of naked play. Recently I had an experience which warrsnts special acknowledgment. Suffice it to say that on my most recent visit, after checking into the room assigned, I needed to switch rooms due to a minor technical issue (the television). The owner was very accommodating and assigned another room, gave me the appropriate key and asked that I bring back the original room key once I had moved my belongings to the new room, which I did. Good outcome, right?
When I prepared to check out I discovered that the jacket so had worn upon arrival was missing-yes, wallet car key, house keys…After my initial panic I recalled not having moved the jacket when I relocated my other belongings. You can imagine my relief when, after explaining my predicament to the desk clerk, I was informed that
Indeed my jacket had been turned in with all of my belongings, and had been safeguarded for me to claim. Crisis averted!!!
Thank you BZ for all the M2M action for the professional management of the club. Keep up the good work!!!“

“Took my first free class today and was impressed by the customer service. I walked in and was greeted right away. Very clean environment. You go in the door on the side of the road and park at the parking lot right next door. The coach Tiffany was energetic and encouraging throughout the whole process. I guess each day is different. I like how they provide you with the full experience for your first free session. You arrive 30 mins early and they give you a run down of all the classes. The music is pumping and it’s a hitt workout basically non stop moving. Class went by so fast. I haven’t signed up yet because I’m figuring out what exercises I want to do. They even donate old sneakers here as well. I recommend wearing athletic shoes. There’s strength training, water rowing and treadmill. They do bingo, raffles and challenges.
I did ask about how cancelling works and if you want to cancel they need a 30 day notice.
You can activate a membership online or over the phone as well.
They have a 2 week promo if you want to try it out but i would recommend to cancel the day you sign up.
They have lots of classes and variety of time blocks. Some people even go twice a day!
To purchase a orange theory monitor it’s 120$ with one year warranty or 10$ a class to rent. In order to see your heart rate/calories you need one“
