“Always new activities and exciting challenges to look forward to every month. Im really enjoying meeting new people in and outside of class. Kelly, Jamie, and Kari are some of my favorite teachers, so far! Everyone is so friendly, their smiles really are infectious. P.s. the free banana 🍌 on recent summer friday's has been a really great incentive for me to get my butt to class!”
“Staff is friendly and helpful, the facility is clean and inviting and most of all the actual workout is amazing to the point I look forward eagerly to the next session. I’m seriously considering getting the unlimited plan!”
“I’ve been coming to this gym for a few years now, and I genuinely love it. I’ve always wanted an all-women’s gym, and this place has been everything I was looking for. It’s private, comfortable, and always feels welcoming.
The owner and staff are incredibly friendly, and the 24-hour access is a huge plus! I like to balance both cardio and weight training, and they have plenty of treadmills, weights, and equipment to support any type of workout.
One thing I really appreciate is how they keep members updated. They send messages about anything going on at the gym, and I especially love that they let us know if men will be in the gym for maintenance or repairs and then notify us when they’ve left. It’s such a thoughtful thing to do and shows how much they care about keeping the space comfortable for women.
I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a supportive, clean, and welcoming all-women’s fitness community.”
