Love this yoga studio that I have been coming to for the past 5 yrs. Everyone is so friendly that it feels like a family. They also offer a wide range of classes for every level so that you can start as a complete beginner like I did and advance at your pace if you choose. I highly recommend this studio

For me Yoga is restorative, mindful, and brings awareness to one’s body and emotions.In the past, I would practice infrequently but recently I decided to add it to my routine for physical health and wellbeing.I started by looking for the right studio. I tried all three in my area and I chose Empower Yoga.Why? Because the studio delivers: It delivers on mindfulness; it delivers on class options (practice and times); but most importantly it delivers with its people. LOVE EMPOWER YOGA. Lots of classes to choose from and some are still available for virtual participation. I always feel supported in my practice by everyone there! I even use video library when I travel. I took a 3-year break and came back fall of 2023 and it was like returning home. It took time to get back in shape but no matter what class I take I feel guided yet comfortable at my practice level every time I come to my mat.
