    I had a client speak very highly of Amy, how much she has guided her body to a much healthier place and the high level of professionalism and care with which she operates her studio. I met with Amy and very quickly it was evident the deep level of attention and interest she has for the improved well being of her clients. I would refer my clients to her without hesitation. I have been in practice for over 35 years and I have complete confidence in her skills. Educated, experienced, professional, and passionate. Could not recommend Amy more highly.

Aspire Pilates is a peaceful studio offering a unique experience for every individual. Our studio is filled with equipment to maximize your workout. We offer private and duet sessions for more intimate workouts as well as group classes. We work with every age and fitness level. Our lead instructor is one of the most experienced instructors in the Metro Detroit area.
