Staff was very courteous and helpful. I am new to Body Language and yoga. Other yoga participants were helpful and kind. Rhonda the yoga instructor, was fabulous. Her voice was very calming and she explained all the yoga moves from one to the next perfectly for a beginner like me.
I have been coming to this studio for many years. (15 years at least?) I've been to yoga classes all over the state, the country, and the world. But my favorite teachers are here. You always feel excited to come and you feel amazing when you leave. Coming here for yoga and fitness classes was one of the things I looked forward to while healing from a painful divorce. It will always have that healing power for me!
I absolutely LOVED my class with Jamie! It was my first time at Body Language and I loved her energy plus the music she played and all of her fun comments and how she lead the classI have nothing but amazing things to say!
