“If you are looking for excellent HVAC services, look no further! Having just relocated to the area from Arizona, I had originally contacted a very large HVAC company nearby because I was having a furnace issue. I never received service from that company because after making a service appointment, they never showed up or returned my calls after sending me two separate texts, two hours apart, stating that their technician was "on the way." The next day, I called Always Quality Heating and Cooling because after researching many companies, they had such wonderful reviews. I was pleasantly surprised by a real person who answered the phone immediately and listened to my concerns. I arranged an appointment and they came to my house the next day when promised. (I did have heat, so no need for emergency service). They looked at my furnace and determined I would need a new furnace, carefully explaining the reasons why. They took time to listen to my questions and concerns, and patiently answered everything I asked. I am very happy with the whole experience and when my aging AC unit needs replacing, I will definitely be calling this company for replacement. I now understand the value of using a small business. “Installed central air about 5 years ago, they were on time and did the job fast and neat. Very satisfied with the service.5 years later, AC wouldn't turn on so I checked out everything I could before calling for service. Tracked it down to either a bad relay or possibly compressor. Called on a Saturday about 10:30 and said he'd be by after the service calls he had ahead of me. About 2 hrs later says he's on his way. Shows up and checks the relay, takes it apart and finds a dead bug blocking the contact. Took less than 5 minutes. I ready to pay whatever the service call was but gave a freebie because he was in the area. He didn't have to do that and even though he was close by, it's still a stop.Very honest and nice company, highly recommend them if you need heating and cooling services.“
