“I highly recommend Health Quest Physical Therapy on Hilton Rd in Ferndale. Kelly and her team are wonderful at what they do, and have me feeling so much better than before I started PT. In addition to helping with the pain I was having in my foot, everyone who works there is just a very kind and thoughtful person who I really enjoyed seeing and chatting with when I went in for my sessions. Now that my PT regimen is complete, I am really going to miss seeing them each week!”

“I had discomfort and pain in one of my upper arms due to bad sleeping posture that was bothering me for last 6 months and with just 5 stretches at Stretch Zone , my arm feels so much more flexible, the pain is almost gone and I am able to sleep better as well as upper body workouts are not as uncomfortable as they were before . I will recommend Stretch Zone Royal Oak to anyone who has similar issues. It works . All practitioners seemed good but I had the best luck with Allison . She is amazing … such a hard worker and knows exactly how to address the pain points.”

“I had 2-level posterior lumbar fusion (PLF) surgery on L4-5, S1 on December 2025. One month after my surgery I started looking for a PT place that could help me get back to playing golf and pickleball. I'm 64 and I was looking for a PT that would work with me. I was referred to by my neighbor to Seth King of Limitless PT. After speaking with Seth, I got the sense that this place was different. I was told I would work with the same therapist (and they are all DPT certified), no trainees or being passed around to other PTs because of workload. I also liked the fact that I would go once a week and then do the work at home, which I preferred.

Three months after surgery I was cleared to start PT. In our first session, we went over my history with back pain and my LT objectives. Seth then came up with a plan which we went over jointly to make sure I was comfortable with it. My rehab work was focused on the core and glutes/hamstring. We started with basic exercises like bird dogs, dead bugs and a few challenging ones like the pallof press, kick stand RDL, etc. I have always worked out in my basement and Seth ensured every exercise I was given could be duplicated at home with equipment that I already had. Any new equipment I needed was inexpensive (bands, 15 lb dumbells). When we went over a new exercise Seth made sure it was with equipment, I already had at home.

If I had any setbacks, which were early on, I went over those with Seth and we would make adjustments to the exercises or just rest for a few days. Every exercise I was given was beneficial to reaching my LT objectives (golf and pickleball).

Seth was always interested in my progress. Each session starts with a recap of the prior work at home. Based on this feedback, Seth would make necessary changes. If exercise got too easy, he would give me more advanced exercises. This ensured I was always progressing and getting/feeling better. I've come to realize rehab from back surgery is hard. Progress is not measured in days but in weeks. It requires commitment from the patient and the PT to have a successful recovery.

I worked with Seth for 12 weeks and I cannot thank him and his team enough. At week 9, Seth encouraged me to try swinging a golf club. At that point, I had not done any twisting yet and was hesitant to try it. It took another week before I tried swinging a golf club and was pleasantly surprised...no pain just a little bit of soreness that didn't last long. At week 11 I was at the golf range hitting 20 balls with a wedge, chipping and putting. I am also encouraged to try hitting balls with a PB paddle, but I have not gotten around to that yet. One step at a time.

In our final session, Seth went over a maintenance plan with me. I am confident this plan will eventually lead to my objectives. If you are on the fence about engaging with Limitless PT, you should not hesitate any longer. It will be the best experience I guarantee if you are committed to the tasks given.”

“I was there for at least a year, I’ve worked with everyone they have there and got to know everyone who works there, and they really are all amazing. They put so much time and effort into me they didn’t need to, they chose to go above and beyond and it really was every single one of them. Not only is this a great place for physical therapy, but it’s a very healthy atmosphere to be apart of! Everyone here is so nice! I had to get a labrum repair and a hip arthroscopy, and its only been 6 months,
I can say I am definitely ahead of schedule. I really could not recommend this place more. They are all great, all nice, you will not have a bad experience here I promise you!”

“I recently started seeing Dr. Dean at Oakland Lifestyle Medicine, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
After taking X-rays in the office, Dr. Dean walked me through a detailed treatment plan that explained exactly where my pain was coming from, what we would be doing to address it, and what to expect throughout my care. I really appreciated how educational the process was—it made me feel informed, involved, and in control of my own health.
I’m currently going twice a week for adjustments and electrical stimulation therapy, and every visit has been great. Dr. Dean is kind, thorough, always on time, and takes the time to answer any questions. The office staff is equally wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and efficient.
The payment structure was different than I expected. They accept insurance, but treatment plans are paid upfront rather than with a copay at each visit. They do offer payment plans, and there’s a nice discount if you pay in full, which I appreciated.
I also loved that they recommended and fitted me for a pillow to help with my neck pain. It’s clear their goal is not only to help you feel better in the office but to give you the tools to stay healthy at home.
I genuinely look forward to my appointments and highly recommend Dr. Dean and the entire team!”

“I can’t say enough good things about this physical therapy office! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. The entire team is kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable—they take the time to explain everything and make sure you truly understand your healing process.

What really sets this place apart is how personal the care feels. You’re not just another patient here. They create a fun, positive environment that actually makes you want to show up and put in the work, even on the hard days.

Dr. J has been amazing—she keeps me in check (especially with my posture lol) and has that perfect balance of being supportive while also pushing me to do better. I feel comfortable sharing everything I’m going through, and I always feel heard. It truly feels like having someone in your corner who genuinely wants to see you improve, which is hard to come by these days. I really appreciate her.

After everything I’ve been going through, finding a place like this has meant so much to me. I’m beyond grateful for their care and I hope I can continue coming here even after my current treatment is done.

If you’re looking for a physical therapy team that is kind, motivating, and truly invested in your recovery, this is the place to go. I would recommend all my family and friends to come here and that alone, says a lot!”

“I broke my elbow in February and developed issues with some soft tissues near the fracture site. I was struggling for months to find a clinician or modality that would help. NSAIDs were useless, and the physical therapist, massage therapists and acupuncturist I initially tried weren't helping.

I decided to try Back to You after a DO said dry needling might still be beneficial. Before my first session with Dr. Bo, I couldn't use a computer without a wrist brace and I had to take constant breaks from simple household chores. Within a week of his needling I wasn't using the brace anymore and I cleaned my whole house for two hours without needing a break. It felt like after months I finally found a clinician I could trust to help me.

I began physical therapy at Back to You shortly afterward. Dr. Storer set me up with a home exercise program that has helped me return to normal function and also did some needling that really helped me out. Andrew the PTA listened when I was having any issues with the exercises and encouraged me to push myself. Alicia in the office was great at communicating and setting up appointments.

Going to Back to You was easily the best decision I've made for my recovery. I'm definitely coming back here if I feel like I need more help.”
