“I highly recommend Health Quest Physical Therapy on Hilton Rd in Ferndale. Kelly and her team are wonderful at what they do, and have me feeling so much better than before I started PT. In addition to helping with the pain I was having in my foot, everyone who works there is just a very kind and thoughtful person who I really enjoyed seeing and chatting with when I went in for my sessions. Now that my PT regimen is complete, I am really going to miss seeing them each week!”
“Mel and Emily were very welcoming since the first day and there is a comfortable atmosphere. I had physical progression almost immediately from the moment Mel worked on me. No pain, soreness, able to sleep, etc. 10/10 experience.”
“I've only been once however everyone was friendly and kind.
The young man I worked with was knowledge and helped me learn what stretches I needed to do at home.
If I had a question he patiently explained.
I'm looking forward to my next appointment and I'm determined and believe I'm going to get the much needed knowledge and relief to help with my spinal issues.”
“My prostatectomy recovery has progressively moved forward due the skilled efforts of Maryann and her staff. Amanda, Sofia, Baylee and Sal have ben the best! I always looked forward to Lisa’s changing appearance and her smile. I’m thankful for my urologist’s referral to his location for male inconsistent recovery. My recovery is not over but I’m o track for it. 😊”
“Ive been attending stretch sessions 3 days a week, for 2 months now, and I am extremely happy with the increased range of motion and flexibility that I have. I also have less knee and back pain. I feel I have more energy, my posture has improved and I don't wake up stiff anymore. This has encouraged me to stretch at home to ensure I don't relapse. I would encourage anyone with limited range of motions who doesn't need physical therapy to give them a try. Stretching works wonders.”
“Peek performance has been a great experience for me . They are very professional and kind . Highly recommend them for any physical therapy. Thank you !!
Alice R.”
“I had 2-level posterior lumbar fusion (PLF) surgery on L4-5, S1 on December 2025. One month after my surgery I started looking for a PT place that could help me get back to playing golf and pickleball. I'm 64 and I was looking for a PT that would work with me. I was referred to by my neighbor to Seth King of Limitless PT. After speaking with Seth, I got the sense that this place was different. I was told I would work with the same therapist (and they are all DPT certified), no trainees or being passed around to other PTs because of workload. I also liked the fact that I would go once a week and then do the work at home, which I preferred.

Three months after surgery I was cleared to start PT. In our first session, we went over my history with back pain and my LT objectives. Seth then came up with a plan which we went over jointly to make sure I was comfortable with it. My rehab work was focused on the core and glutes/hamstring. We started with basic exercises like bird dogs, dead bugs and a few challenging ones like the pallof press, kick stand RDL, etc. I have always worked out in my basement and Seth ensured every exercise I was given could be duplicated at home with equipment that I already had. Any new equipment I needed was inexpensive (bands, 15 lb dumbells). When we went over a new exercise Seth made sure it was with equipment, I already had at home.

If I had any setbacks, which were early on, I went over those with Seth and we would make adjustments to the exercises or just rest for a few days. Every exercise I was given was beneficial to reaching my LT objectives (golf and pickleball).

Seth was always interested in my progress. Each session starts with a recap of the prior work at home. Based on this feedback, Seth would make necessary changes. If exercise got too easy, he would give me more advanced exercises. This ensured I was always progressing and getting/feeling better. I've come to realize rehab from back surgery is hard. Progress is not measured in days but in weeks. It requires commitment from the patient and the PT to have a successful recovery.

I worked with Seth for 12 weeks and I cannot thank him and his team enough. At week 9, Seth encouraged me to try swinging a golf club. At that point, I had not done any twisting yet and was hesitant to try it. It took another week before I tried swinging a golf club and was pleasantly surprised...no pain just a little bit of soreness that didn't last long. At week 11 I was at the golf range hitting 20 balls with a wedge, chipping and putting. I am also encouraged to try hitting balls with a PB paddle, but I have not gotten around to that yet. One step at a time.

In our final session, Seth went over a maintenance plan with me. I am confident this plan will eventually lead to my objectives. If you are on the fence about engaging with Limitless PT, you should not hesitate any longer. It will be the best experience I guarantee if you are committed to the tasks given.”
“They are so thorough. Very professional and treat you like family. They treat your body with care”

“My movment
of the knee is much better and pain is Almost gone I am so happy here”
“Sean and team at T3 were great to work with! Sean helped my high school son with nutrition - helping gain PRs in track, and later an unfortunate hamstring strain. They were flexible with his schedule and were clear in explanation. Thank you T3!”
“I was there for at least a year, I’ve worked with everyone they have there and got to know everyone who works there, and they really are all amazing. They put so much time and effort into me they didn’t need to, they chose to go above and beyond and it really was every single one of them. Not only is this a great place for physical therapy, but it’s a very healthy atmosphere to be apart of! Everyone here is so nice! I had to get a labrum repair and a hip arthroscopy, and its only been 6 months,
I can say I am definitely ahead of schedule. I really could not recommend this place more. They are all great, all nice, you will not have a bad experience here I promise you!”
“I am very happy I decided to choose PT at this location. The entire staff is kind and supportive as well as very knowledgeable. Dale and the rest of the team helped me resolve an issue I was having, In a few weeks I had more flexibility and much less pain. I also want to mention how wonderful the receptionist is, always welcoming and extremely helpful and efficient. I highly recommend this Neil King location.”
“I recently started seeing Dr. Dean at Oakland Lifestyle Medicine, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
After taking X-rays in the office, Dr. Dean walked me through a detailed treatment plan that explained exactly where my pain was coming from, what we would be doing to address it, and what to expect throughout my care. I really appreciated how educational the process was—it made me feel informed, involved, and in control of my own health.
I’m currently going twice a week for adjustments and electrical stimulation therapy, and every visit has been great. Dr. Dean is kind, thorough, always on time, and takes the time to answer any questions. The office staff is equally wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and efficient.
The payment structure was different than I expected. They accept insurance, but treatment plans are paid upfront rather than with a copay at each visit. They do offer payment plans, and there’s a nice discount if you pay in full, which I appreciated.
I also loved that they recommended and fitted me for a pillow to help with my neck pain. It’s clear their goal is not only to help you feel better in the office but to give you the tools to stay healthy at home.
I genuinely look forward to my appointments and highly recommend Dr. Dean and the entire team!”
“**Great experience!**

I highly recommend , The care was excellent, and the entire staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. They genuinely care about their patients and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The chiropractor took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and provide great care. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great chiropractor!”
“Great techs there, the superstar is Briana. She speaks Spanish helps out with the customers and is very awesome and very friendly and very kind. Christian and David do an outstanding job at getting you the care you need as well! Love you his place for physical therapy.”
“These are the nicest humans on the planet. They are constantly adjusting the plan to figure out what's best to rebuild after my injury.”
“I can’t say enough good things about this physical therapy office! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. The entire team is kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable—they take the time to explain everything and make sure you truly understand your healing process.

What really sets this place apart is how personal the care feels. You’re not just another patient here. They create a fun, positive environment that actually makes you want to show up and put in the work, even on the hard days.

Dr. J has been amazing—she keeps me in check (especially with my posture lol) and has that perfect balance of being supportive while also pushing me to do better. I feel comfortable sharing everything I’m going through, and I always feel heard. It truly feels like having someone in your corner who genuinely wants to see you improve, which is hard to come by these days. I really appreciate her.

After everything I’ve been going through, finding a place like this has meant so much to me. I’m beyond grateful for their care and I hope I can continue coming here even after my current treatment is done.

If you’re looking for a physical therapy team that is kind, motivating, and truly invested in your recovery, this is the place to go. I would recommend all my family and friends to come here and that alone, says a lot!”
“I would highly recommend. Amanda is amazing. She hears you. She knows what you’re talking about. Knows what you need Kaitlyn the assistant is also very very good great atmosphere makes you want to do the things you need to do to feel better and they’re there to help you do it.”
“This place is great they have helped my entire family from soar feet , knee recovery, and agility training . The staff is amazing. Everyone is extremely friendly. Very clean and modern place”
“I broke my elbow in February and developed issues with some soft tissues near the fracture site. I was struggling for months to find a clinician or modality that would help. NSAIDs were useless, and the physical therapist, massage therapists and acupuncturist I initially tried weren't helping.

I decided to try Back to You after a DO said dry needling might still be beneficial. Before my first session with Dr. Bo, I couldn't use a computer without a wrist brace and I had to take constant breaks from simple household chores. Within a week of his needling I wasn't using the brace anymore and I cleaned my whole house for two hours without needing a break. It felt like after months I finally found a clinician I could trust to help me.

I began physical therapy at Back to You shortly afterward. Dr. Storer set me up with a home exercise program that has helped me return to normal function and also did some needling that really helped me out. Andrew the PTA listened when I was having any issues with the exercises and encouraged me to push myself. Alicia in the office was great at communicating and setting up appointments.

Going to Back to You was easily the best decision I've made for my recovery. I'm definitely coming back here if I feel like I need more help.”
“I recently had a severe ankle injury, causing me to be nonweight bearing for almost 5 weeks. Chris and his team got me walking within 3 sessions, and I am truly so grateful for their expertise and kindness through the whole process. I highly recommend this amazing physical therapy office!”
“Absolutely phenomenal staff and care. My son has required hip surgery on both hips in the last 4 months and we have used this facility for his PT after both. Austin and John are so far above and beyond awesome. They keep it light and fun but are extremely knowledgeable, professional and effective which is huge for the young athletes going through frustrating injuries. John even entertained my 6 year old daughter with fun exercises while she waited for her big bro to do his PT. Would recommend to anyone who will listen!”
“Absolutely fantastic!! These guys are the ultimate professional, friendly, superb at diagnosing your problem and provide constant inspiration. Thanks guys!!!”
“If you are looking for one on one care this is the place to go. The facility is clean the staff is very friendly attentive and knowledgeable. I have had a lot of physical therapy over the years and this hands down is the best place I have been. Highly recommend!!”
