Highly recommend! Every time I visit MI from LA for an extended time, I sign up for a Stretch Zone package.Desiree has helped tremendously with my hip/back/tight muscle issues. Her attention to detail and excellent stretching services made me refer many people I know to Stretch Zone. Very Thankful !

I’ve notice a great difference in my mobility and pain level. Desirae Bird is my stretch therapist she is professional and she lets me know the improvements she’s noticed in my range of motion. Which for me in very encouraging. Thank you Desirae. I’m happy we are on the same team.
