I am very happy I decided to choose PT at this location. The entire staff is kind and supportive as well as very knowledgeable. Dale and the rest of the team helped me resolve an issue I was having, In a few weeks I had more flexibility and much less pain. I also want to mention how wonderful the receptionist is, always welcoming and extremely helpful and efficient. I highly recommend this Neil King location.
I’ve had such an amazing experience here. The entire staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and they genuinely make you feel cared about from the moment you walk in. They really take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and tailor treatment to what you actually need instead of making you feel rushed.
