I cannot recommend Thrive enough for your PT needs. Everyone at Thrive goes above and beyond to help you achieve your goals while understanding those vary per person. I went to them with two very different sports injuries in the past year - with each, I had different goals to return to my baseline. I worked with almost all of the staff there at some point, and each made sure to customize exercises to my capabilities at that point in my recovery, help me understand what I needed to do to maintain the progress I made, and exercises I could do when I was finished with PT. Thrive Rehabilitation was great! I was able to get through my physical therapy much faster than anticipated and loved the one on one attention each time I was in there. Definitely recommend!

I’m actually blown away with how much better or more “back to normal” I am. I was starting to think this was the beginning of the rest of my life with pain from a herniated disk in my neck, but Thrive has corrected the many symptoms I was having and taught me how to continue to stay strong and stable. Sophia was so sweet and informative. I saw Anthony a couple times too, he was very helpful as well. Such a friendly environment.
