I have been seeing Alex for a few years for EMDR for complex trauma. We were tackling issues that have been entrenched for decades despite lots of past therapy. I feel in her a kindred spirit and she has had great empathy for my experience. I was surprised we didn't do a lot of actual eye movement but we did do a lot of what she calls resourcing which is basically using cognitive restructuring to build the resiliency framework necessary to do the harder work. She kept telling me to hang in there and trust the process. All I can say is, what we have been doing, has been effective beyond my wildest imaginings. I am so much more resilient and confident in my ability to handle challenges than I used to be. I was able to move from therapy into a serious Zen practice that has deepened my understanding of all the mind-body awareness things she has talked about over the years. Some issues I thought I would be living with for the rest of my life seem to have vanished. I don't even need weekly therapy anymore. It's true she does cancel a lot but my schedule has always been pretty flexible and she's always been willing to accommodate things that come up for me. When my son was diagnosed with a disability she was also able to pivot the focus of therapy and provide that support until I found another specialist in that area. She has a very flexible and receptive approach to therapy that works very well for me. I would recommend her to anyone with complex trauma as well as mothers of young children - she gets it!
Jordan is so personable and nice I love going to get my hair done. I wish the prices for haircuts were based on length and not gender. I really like the products they offer especially the Kevin Murphy ones. The salon is relaxed and the staff are professional and kind. I've been offered something to drink every time I've been there.

Josh Boyd is literally the only person I allow to cut my hair now. I live 3 hours away and still only use him. I have a difficult double crown in my hair and he’s the only person who has ever been able to manage it. Not only does he know how to cut it properly, but he gives me the best haircuts I’ve ever had. I’ve been a client of Georgi’s for years and I absolutely love the services that they provide. I’m a creature of habit as such, I’ve been Caitlyn’s clients for at least the last 4 years. I have a regular maintenance routine and I try not to deviate however things come up and sometimes a girl gotta do what a girl gotta do! Yesterday…. Emma came through for me BIG TIME, accommodating the services I needed on short notice. I was told she would only be able to do 2/3 but she worked magic and got all 3 done! Now today I can attend my event not being subconscious of legs and pits lol!
There’s no doubt my regular Esthetician Caitlyn would not have done the same but she was off yesterday!

I don’t know where to start. There are so many great qualities about this spa. I’ll start by when you first walk in, you immediately feel relaxed. The atmosphere is so calming. Suzanne is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have never had this great of an experience at any spa. I can’t get Botox or fillers due to severe allergies. Sandra uses all natural products AND reverses aging without the harmful affects of medical procedures. She not only stopped the clock, but she is now reversing it. I can’t believe the results I’m getting with all natural products and techniques. I am over 50 and on stage and in front the camera so this is vital for my career.
It’s not only about the impeccable service, Sandra is compassionate and intuitively knows what you need. She is more than an esthetician, she is a soul coach and my fountain of youth! If you want to look younger naturally, try the micro needling along with the facial! She also has red light therapy, ultrasound, micro current and much more! You won’t be disappointed. Our hair and skin and the way they react to different processes are so unique to each person . I have just moved here from Europe. My quest to find a good hair technician stops at BABS. The salon is clean the staff are friendly and sweet , very professional and they know what they are doing . Margo at the reception is lovely and has a calming energy and Bernadette has years of experience behind her dealing with all kinds of hair textures . I first walked in to get my hair washed and a blowout as I had a gift voucher . I had tried a couple of top hairdressers in Birmingham and though the salons were great I was not too impressed with the work . My hair is pretty unmanageable and at this point due for a deep conditioning treatment - so I knew it wasn’t easy . I have long hair and cut in layers, I know I am a hard to please client !! After a few times I decided to get my hair Botox treatment from Bernadette- she worked with me and my hair to get me the relaxed no fizz hydrated look and not the poker straight look . My hair is so much more manageable and her hydrating treatment is great too ! I totally recommend BABS salon for their amazing professionalism and their care towards clients. You are in great hands here - don’t allow their unassuming and very down to earth attitude make you think otherwise ;)

I have multiple rental houses and my tenants always complained they couldn’t sit outside at night. I hired Mike and his team to fix this problem. I was a little unsure if it would work but I’ve had nothing but great feedback from all my tenants and I’m sold, this works!!
Can’t recommend them enough! Had received so many cautionary tales about other pest management companies not showing up, or using products not safe for indoor pets. The Eco-Sound team were so thorough and knowledgeable and friendly, and got rid of my carpenter ants and indoor spiders/earwigs the first time they came out. I had some bees nesting around the house too and they said they would be gone at the beginning of June, and they were spot on!
I signed up for their regular maintenance program and they set up the appointment themselves without having to remind them, and were here the day they scheduled. I also felt so much better knowing all the products they used were safe for my indoor pet!

Hello, I'm a truck driver from ca.that takes my beatiful lil girl everywhere with me, on one of our walks she must have "snuck" a bad treat which made her very sick, I walked into this clinic and explained she wasn't eating etc...doc told me to bring her in , I couldn't believe he took us in right then/ there..I can't say enough Great things about this clinic, couple shots latter and we were back on the road, she was like new next day. I have been dealing with back pain from posture issues, as well as severe plantar fasciitis and achilles tendonitis. I got a gift certificate from my son for Christmas for a massage and I was sold after the first session with Scott! I signed up for monthly and I have seen Scott or John regularly, for deep massages. They are very knowledgeable and have helped with upper/lower back problems, carpal tunnel and arthritis in my hands; they've even suggested exercises I can do at home.
