I made an appointment at opening and it was my first time. I made the appointment late the previous day and was relieved was able to get in. The lobby is gorgeous with an accommodating waiting area The inside is beautiful and the wax rooms are as well including clean. My Sugarista was Grace she was excellent and very informative (I had a few questions and she was very knowledgeable). The whole experience was great for starting off my day, will be back.
Kelli was overwhelmingly kind. This was my first waxing experience, and she was extremely patient, sweet, and knowledgeable. Extremely happy with my results as well as my experience and I am excited to book again!
Had a great experience at Sugaring NYC! The staff was professional and very welcoming. Kelli was my sugarist and she did an excellent job! She even offered me a numbing spray for discomfort-never had that offered before!! I would highly recommend Sugaring NYC-they made it very easy and relatively pain free!!
