Outstanding! Highly recommend! I was pleasantly surprised, as I am accustomed to European spa standards, which are difficult to find in the US. No false advertising here - Margot European Spa achieves them! All staff are devoted to customer service, from booking, to treatments, even facility maintenance. The spa is designed to provide a complete aesthetic experience: immaculately clean and maintained, luxe robes, towels, and products, low lighting, soothing aromas, and relaxing music. The best experience of my life at their location. I spent the day there doing the ultimate indulgence package. Margot is heaven sent, CJ is a phenomenal massage therapist, Liliya and Elizabeth are second to none for nails and Lisa is the best aesthetician I have seen. The front desk team of Mary Alice, Kayla, and Jennifer were beyond helpful throughout the day. Cynthia the makeup artist was wonderful. Everyone should expect this once in a lifetime. The best services, people and energy. Top notch place. You have to come here! If I could add more stars I would put one hundred!

Wow this place is amazing. My person was Maya and she was friendly, listened to my needs, and gave an amazing massage accompanying my contour wrap. Margot herself was in the lobby area explaining how to use dry brushing, providing samples, etc. The bathrooms are so soothing too, no harsh lighting. They have a housekeeper who cleans consistently. The staff is attentive. They provide complimentary beverages: lemon water, coffee, tea, champagne. Never knew this place existed!
