I have gone here a few things. My last experience was with Marlena - who hasn’t been there long. It was one of the most amazing experiences I have had anywhere. She was attentive. She asked questions to make sure she understood my needs. She suggested a scalp treatment which was so good! I felt completely cared for and I would highly recommend her. Baus is always welcoming as well and has a cool environment and everyone is super friendly.

I've been going to Baus in Birmingham for over a year now seeing Tori and she has been spectacular!!! She really takes the time to make sure my hair is done right and provides me with subtle differences every time to make sure my style is always evolving and not stagnant. The environment when you walk in is welcoming with 1-2 people asking if you want water or coffee every time. I'm never waiting as the team there is efficient and the place is super clean. Text Reminders are on point as well! I give Baus and Tori and 5/5 for excellence!!!

The customer service is incredible, the esthetic of the place is very pleasing, and the haircuts are just outstanding! I wish more barbershops could come close. I very much recommend.
