Silvia understood my thick straight hair right away, and what I was looking for in a new hairstyle. She listened to me, then explained what she'd recommend and why. She is obviously very experienced, very skilled in cutting hair, and a pleasure to work with!
I was very comfortable with her assistant Annie as well. The salon is very attractive and I will be back.
