The techs and doctors are always so gentle and compassionate with my animals, the front desk staff are always so friendly, the prices are good, and they really take time to listen to and address your concerns, as well as thoroughly explain everything. Although the address may have changed, the treatment is always the same. The time and care he takes to not only set your mind at ease but to use non complicated terms so you actually understand what processes and medical treatment your animal is receiving is beyond anything I have ever encountered. As if I was having a barley pop at my local pub with a good friend. Always a pleasure having him put my mind along with all of my animals physical needs back to where they need to be. She does a great job of walking you through care for your pet and is exceptionally calm in high stress situations.The vet techs are also incredibly efficient here. They make sure that your pet is comfortable while they're performing their tests and procedures. Most of my pets appointments have been with Vet techs and we are rarely ever waiting long.And lastly the clerks are really nice and very friendly people.I'm so lucky to have a veterinarian practice that's very close to my house and has such high quality of human beings working at it.Highly recommend to everyone in the area.“

“I have had excellent care of my pets from Dr. Novkov. She has always gone above and beyond. She volunteered and came to my house when my dog Daisy Mae was dying. Dr. Novkov was very loving and caring in the process. She continues to care for my 17 and a half year old cat Yenko. Amazing. He is doing so well under her care.I must say I love the staff too. They are cheerful and always helpful. Orchard Lake Animal Hospital is the best I have had. Also the office it self is lovely.“
“I have a small rescue dog, about 7 pounds, with a pervasive and recurring digestive issue. In a very short time Dr Mazukie was able to discover not only an unusual intestinal problem but also a thyroid issue. Over a very short time we were able to stabilize her but given continued treatment I’m confident that she has extended her lifespan significantly. I’m convinced that other practitioners simply wouldn’t have provided a similar outcome. I would not hesitate to select Ross Veterinarian Hospital for any pets, in my opinion you could not find better local Veterinary services.“
“I started coming here mid pandemic when my boy had to have a post emergency follow up. Being at the worst possible time our regular vet couldn't see him for weeks. CC squeezed us in and we're super caring. Now I've been happy with them since, but last November we had a rough go and had to put my fairly young cat down. The staff was so supportive and kind even hugging me, at the time I got a letter with her paw print stamped inside which was so touching. It's now February and I got a letter in the mail today from an animal veterinary research organization telling me that CC made a donation in my girl's name. They didn't tell me they were going to do that and I found it extremely touching that they did this.“
“Above and beyond! If they treat their patients half as good as a stranger with a found cat than you are in great hands. We found ourselves in quite the predicament with a random cat, who wandered into our home, obviously missing her family. We called local veterinarian offices that happen to be closed on Wednesdays and then animal control in Hazel Park was unavailable. This office stepped up to the plate and helped me get this kitty scanned for a microchip! They even got me a cardboard carrier, so she just wasn’t a free range kitty in my car. Luckily, this beautiful cat was micro chipped and because of the effort this veterinarian team put in, we were able to reunite this cat with her mother. Thank you again for helping this awesome cat get home!!!“

They recognize every pet that walks through the door and their quirks! We have an anxious 6.5 year old cat and a 1 year old dog; both have had wonderful experiences and my cat has never been more calm at the vet! Truly worth every penny and will continue to take any and all future pets to Greenfield!“
